What we collect, and why
We collect only what the app needs to work. This is the complete list.

The computation happens on your phone
Your birth chart, your numbers and your tarot draws are computed locally, on your device. No connection is needed for any of it.
Only the written interpretation is produced by a remote service.
Who receives your data
We sell no data and pass none to brokers. Our only recipients are the technical providers the service depends on.

How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. On deletion it is erased immediately.
Paid consultations are kept for 3 years, the commercial limitation period. If you delete your account, only the accounting record remains — amount, currency, store receipt, dates — without your question, without the answer, and with no link to you.
Technical logs are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You may at any time access your data, correct it, erase it, obtain a copy, or object to its processing.
Deleting your account is done from the app, under Settings. It immediately erases your account, your profiles, your birth data and your history, along with the content of your consultations.
For anything else: contact@hecatevoyance.fr. We answer within 30 days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to your country’s data protection authority.
Transfers outside Europe
Hecate Tarot is established in the United States. Your data may therefore be accessed from the United States by the publisher, and by Google when interpretations are generated.
These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Minimum age
Mystic Future is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger. If you believe someone under 16 is using the app, write to us and we will delete the account.
